Responsibilities

We protect client materials, using access solely for project execution while keeping them confidential.
Clients supply materials, access, and timely feedback to keep schedules on track.
All assets follow valid licensing; any third-party use will be stated clearly.

Billing & Changes

Billing follows the payment schedule listed in the proposal/contract.
Cancellations or delays may trigger cost adjustments based on completed phases.
Additional work beyond scope will be confirmed first before execution.
